Payments for Olly Olly LLC home organizing services are non refundable. Any unused time purchased can be applied to a future appointment, or if 3 hours or more remain, can be gifted to a friend or family member. Please consider your needs and expectations before making payment, if you need a more flexible refund policy, please explore other options before booking.
